“FAQ’s About Cancer Coaching Australia.”
Q. What level of cancer coaching will I require?
A. That depends on where you are now, what you want to achieve, the level of support you have around you, if any, and how much support you’d like.
Also, cancer coaching is not counselling. It teaches, advises, guides and gives people of all ages with all different diagnoses of cancer the confidence skills and information to adapt and live their life with cancer. It’s an impartial friend you and your loved ones can turn to and more. I would recommend taking a look at the long term coaching packages which will give you the ongoing contact, help, and support you and your family will need.
Q. What are some of the benefits of cancer coaching from Cancer Coaching Australia?
A. Well, there are many. For example, we can formulate a cancer plan for you – With so much fear and conflicting information about cancer in articles and on the Internet, it’s hard to know which cancer information is accurate and which is not.
This is why we’re big on cancer education and why I work with you and your loved ones on formulating an actionable cancer plan. The benefit of this is that you’ll have a clear understanding of your cancer and a plan of action designed to suit your current lifestyle, and that will also evolve with your changing lifestyle.
Another benefit is that you’ll have me, and not someone who has never experienced or lived his or her life with cancer! I’m a 2-time survivor of Metastatic cancer, have lived through 18 rounds of chemotherapy, 32 radiation sessions and 8 major operations.
Of course, there are many other ways you and the people you love will benefit with our cancer coaching.
Other benefits are that you’ll think clearer with us by your side, you’ll make better informed decisions about your cancer and, of course, feel less overwhelmed. So please register for our free information guide and we look forward to speaking with you further about this.
Q. Do you provide group cancer coaching?
A. If you and your partner/parents/friend want to use the sessions for group coaching to understand and overcome these issues together, that is absolutely fine. Sometimes this can be of benefit to form a tight support group around you, even though other people prefer to discuss their illness in private. Whatever feels right for you is the right choice here.
Q. I don’t have cancer myself but my family member does, will I benefit?
A. Absolutely. The partner, family and friends of those living with cancer and battling cancer or serious illness also need support. It is a common misconception that only the cancer victim needs help coming to terms with their illness. The immediate family and friends are also hugely affected by the illness of a loved one and need help, support and guidance with how to deal with this, but also how best to support their loved one.
Q. How are your cancer coaching sessions and programs held?
A. Everyone is different here. Some people like to hold their cancer coaching session online. Others prefer phone coaching. Another group like to use Skype, and others like face-to-face cancer coaching.
Once again, these are all preferences and choices you do not have to make right now. You can find out more for FREE by registering for my free Cancer Coaching information guide or registering for a free 15-minute cancer coaching introductory session so you can find out more about me.

A. We help people and their loved ones who have cancer. Irrespective of your age or diagnosis of cancer, we empower you so you can focus on and live the fullest life possible while you adapt, undergo treatment and live with the challenges of cancer.
